For providers – submit licence evidence and corrections

Updated 7 October 2026

Listed as 'Not yet verified'? Send your DHSS clinic licence number, photos of your licence to operate and licence to manage the clinic, and your responsible doctor's Medical Council licence number to providers@baliclinicguide.com. We check it within ten working days. Verification is free; there is no paid placement of any kind.

What to send

  1. Your clinic licence number and the clinic's name and address exactly as they appear on the licence and in the Department of Health Service Support register (hosp.hss.moph.go.th).
  2. A photo or PDF of the licence to operate the clinic (ใบอนุญาตให้ประกอบกิจการสถานพยาบาล, form ส.พ.7) and of the licence to manage it (ใบอนุญาตให้ดำเนินการสถานพยาบาล, form ส.พ.19), both in date.
  3. The full name, in Thai and in English, and the Medical Council of Thailand licence number of the doctor licensed to manage the clinic. Optional: the same for the other doctors who treat patients there.
  4. If registered nurses give IV drips or injections on a doctor's treatment plan, optional: their names and Thailand Nursing and Midwifery Council licence numbers.
  5. If you provide treatments at villas or hotels, the name and licence number of the licensed clinic that provides them.
  6. Optional: accreditations or certifications held by the clinic or its doctors (for example hospital accreditation or a Medical Council specialist certificate), with the awarding body and a link or certificate for each.

Public hospitals run by the state are exempt from private clinic licensing. If you are one, say so, and send the hospital's official name and the page of the Ministry of Public Health or other state body that lists it.

Send everything to providers@baliclinicguide.com with the subject "Licence verification request".

What happens next

  1. We match the licence number, name and address against the Department of Health Service Support register, and the doctor's name against the Medical Council of Thailand register (checkmd.tmc.or.th).
  2. Within ten working days your status changes to "Verified" with the date of the check and a link to the register, or we write back explaining what is missing.
  3. Confirmed licences are re-checked every 90 days.

Corrections

If anything on your listing is wrong — address, hours, treatments, medical team, a quote, a rating figure — write to providers@baliclinicguide.com with the subject "Correction: your clinic name". Corrections are published within ten working days and dated on the provider page.

Not listed yet?

Write to providers@baliclinicguide.com with your clinic name, address and public profiles (Google, Tripadvisor, Fresha, Instagram, website). New providers are added under the same rules as every other listing.

No paid placement

No provider pays to be listed, verified, ranked or featured. The order of every page follows the published rules: licence status first, then Trust Score.
