What the site is
A directory of aesthetic, longevity, IV drip, medical spa, facial and wellness providers in Phuket. For each provider it shows the clinic licence status (with the date of the check, once a register check has been made or licence evidence has been submitted), a Trust Score computed from public ratings, the responsible doctor and stated credentials, treatments and pricing model, AI-written summaries of what reviewers say (labelled "Synthesis by AI"), and links to the provider's own profiles and to the licensing sources.
What the site is not
It takes no bookings, sells no placement, writes no reviews and publishes no prices. It lists every provider under the same rules. Provider information is compiled from open data and from submissions by providers, checked using AI before publishing.

- Google Business Profile, Tripadvisor and Fresha (ratings and review counts, shown as observed)
- Providers' own websites and written submissions
Open data
The licence status of every listed provider is published as a table at /phuket/licence-status/ and as CSV at /phuket/licence-status.csv. A machine-readable summary of the site is at /llms.txt.
Privacy notice
Phuket Clinic Guide sets no cookies of its own and runs no forms other than the filter form, which sends no personal data. If analytics is enabled, it runs with consent mode and collects no data until consent is given.
