providers@baliclinicguide.com — send your clinic licence number, photos of your licence to operate and licence to manage the clinic, and your responsible doctor's Medical Council licence number for verification, or ask to be listed, or report an error in any listing with the subject "Correction: clinic name". We reply within ten working days; verification is free and corrections are published within ten working days.
Reporting an unlicensed clinic
Phuket Clinic Guide is not an authority. To report a clinic or practitioner you believe is unlicensed, contact the Department of Health Service Support (hotline 1426), the Thai FDA (hotline 1556) or the Phuket Provincial Public Health Office. You may also tell us at hello@baliclinicguide.com.
